Many devotees travel to Akkalkot via Solapur railway station. If you only have one day, efficiency is key. Start your journey by hiring a shared taxi or taking the state bus from Solapur Bus Stand directly to Akkalkot early in the morning.
Upon arriving in Akkalkot around 8:00 AM, head straight to the Vatvruksh Mandir. After darshan, visit the Samadhi Mandir which is just a short walk away. By 11:30 AM, make your way to the Annachhatra for the sacred Mahaprasad.
In the afternoon, you can visit the Swami Om Bhakt Niwas for a '1-Hour Fresh-Up' room to rest before visiting the New Akkalkot Palace and Armory. You can easily catch a 5:00 PM bus back to Solapur, concluding a fulfilling day trip.
